Senior Thesis

For my senior thesis I developed my own version of the classic fairytale of Cinderella using my own character designs and storytelling concepts. Issues I wanted to address: the blonde Cinderella, the "passive" prince who let servants do the shoe fitting hunt for him, the frumpy grandmother-like godmother, the ugly stepsisters, and talking animals.
Cinderella sits next to the fire dreaming of a better life. The godmother appears to Cinderella in the garden after she is told she cannot attend the ball. The prince asks Cinderella to dance. The step-family watches Cinderella and the prince dance, wondering who the mysterious girl is.The prince finds Cinderella and the slipper fits.Cinderella and the prince begin their own happily ever after together.
